We can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit-down wedding and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception.

2.What is the minimum spend?
The minimum spend is dependent on the day and time of your event, get in touch for more info from the events team.
3. Can we have our wedding ceremony at Alatonero?
Yes! We offer ceremonies in our lush garden area or outdoor terrace for an additional fee. Our ceremony setup includes seating for up to 40 guests, a registry table, and coordination assistance.
4. Can we bring our own cake?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring a celebration cake, provided it’s made in a commercial kitchen. We’ll serve it to guests as dessert or package it for takeaway. A cakeage fee may apply.
5. Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is ample free on-street parking available for guests near the venue.
6. Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs.
7. Are children welcome at our wedding?

Of course! We offer a kids’ package including food and beverages for $65 per child (under 12 years old).

8. Do you provide meals for our wedding suppliers (e.g., photographers, musicians, videographers)?
Yes! We offer supplier meals for $75 per person, which includes a main course, a soft drink, and one glass of wine or beer.
9. Can we bring in our own suppliers (florists, photographers, entertainment, etc.)?
Yes! While we have a preferred supplier list, you’re welcome to bring in your own. All external suppliers must adhere to our venue guidelines.
10. Can we have live music or a DJ?
Yes! We are happy to assist with music recommendations and bookings. However, all entertainment must comply with our noise restrictions, and music must finish at the end of your package time.
11. Can we extend our wedding beyond the package time?

Yes, additional venue hire time may be available at an extra cost. Please discuss with our events team in advance.

12. What happens in case of bad weather?

Not to worry! We have beautiful indoor spaces that will ensure your wedding is just as magical, rain or shine.

13. Can we bring in our own alcohol?

No, Alatonero is a fully licensed venue, and we provide an extensive range of wines, cocktails, and beverages to suit your celebration. BYO is not permitted.

14. Can we hold or make tentive bookings?
Of course, we are more than happy to hold a date for 7 days while you decide!
15. What is the booking process?
Once you have decided to book your wedding with us, a $2,000 deposit is required to lock in the date. We will then work with you to create a seamless event plan.
